The Al Stewart episode was shot in Toronto, Ontario at Hugh's Room.

In my opinion, "The Year of the Cat" still sounds great as it did when it was a hit back in the '70's. However, talk to any Al Stewart fans and they'll tell you many other songs that they'd rather hear him play on stage. He is a fascinating person who continues to write brilliant songs in the "historical" folk music genre.
