The Uncle Earl episode was shot at the Legendary Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto, Ontario.

Uncle Earl was introduced to me by my friend, Ian Gilchrist. I liked their CD, "Waterloo, Tennessee" as soon as I heard it. They are an all female bluegrass band who is getting a lot of attention all over the globe. Their latest album was produced by John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) and it's a great CD with some stunning songs on it.
